SaaS Mag Contributor Agreement

Dear Contributor:

Thank you for your interest in working with SaaS Mag! We are excited to get started. Before we proceed, please fill out the following form. This document is to confirm the agreement between you/your employer and SaaS Mag.

 

  1. Content and Distribution

As a guest contributor (“You”) agree to allow SaaS Magazine (“SaaS Magazine”) to publish the original guest post, profile, or featured interview previously agreed upon to the SaaS Mag website and print publication. You grant SaaS magazine the non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish on saasmag.com, syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the content in any language, worldwide.

SaaS Mag will retain the right to use your name, likeness, information about you, and the logo of your website, if applicable, in connection with the content and its subsequent promotion.

You also confirm that you have the right to grant these rights; that the content is original; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common-law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the content that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy.

 

  1. Editorial Changes

SaaS Mag may revise, edit, condense, or otherwise alter the content provided, to fit digital and print publication needs. Upon request, the SaaS Mag team will provide the final version of content before it is made public and to take into consideration requested edits.

 

  1. Promotion

In addition to the free promotion of the agreed-upon content posted to the SaaS Mag website provided by the SaaS Mag team, you agree to promote the content posted on your/your company’s social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

SaaS Mag agrees to promote all digital content posted to the SaaS Mag blog on the following social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. We will also be featuring your content in our weekly newsletter, distributed to a network of over 10,000 subscribers.
