Many companies had a busy start to 2024, announcing new brands, products, collaborations, features, and even top-level leadership changes. So, other than AI, what were the main SaaS trends in 2024?
Last month, our team went to over 7 SaaS events across globe and here are some of our favorites
Salesforce TrailblazerDX 2024
This San Francisco, CA developer conference was largely focused on educating developers on Salesforce’s budding AI platform Einstein 1. With technical, hands-on workshops and expert-led demos, and a general emphasis on tangible skills and product education.
The audience was equally technical, mostly developers, admins, architects, ISVs, and technology partners. The talks were equally technical with an emphasis on data, AI, cyber security, and trust. A couple of standouts were Jared Kaplan, Co-founder of Anthropic talk on the future of AI and Parker Harris, Salesforce Co-founder, and CTO of Slack, started a Q&A forum to discuss the product roadmap for Salesforce. The theme of AI was echoed throughout many of these talks and on the floor itself.
On March 6th–7th attendees from around the world got to hear directly from product owners and engineers through deep technical sessions, hands-on workshops, and expert-led demos.
